| Reed O'Neal joined ALPS Price Meadows in 2004. Reed designs and implements computer solutions as Programmer/Analyst. He provides database, automation and conversion support. In 1987, Reed earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. |

After a stint in military intelligence, Owen Rubel spent his college years at the University of Northern Iowa and the University of Iowa. Shortly after moving to Seattle, he got a job working in the garage of a small startup called Amazon.com and helped to build their buying department from 1995-1997. Between then and now, Owen has worked as a contractor for a multitude of companies such as Microsoft, Digeo, Getty Images and a plethora of past dotcoms.

| Robert Wood joined ALPS in 1996 and is responsible for managing application development efforts and maintaining the corporate Information Security Program. Robert is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. |
