Jason Cholewa joined ALPS Price Meadows in 2004 and currently manages the APM Boston office, which includes consulting with prospective clients as well as overseeing the partnership allocations and final fund valuations. Before opening the Boston office, Jason was a Fund Administrator in the Bellevue office where he was responsible for monthly partnership/fund accounting on both domestic and offshore funds. In 2004, Jason graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Western Washington University.

Mike Procter, Vice President of Business Development, joined ALPS Price Meadows in 2006.  Prior to joining ALPS Price Meadows, Mike was a Managing Director with DPM Mellon, a subsidiary of Bank of New York Mellon, and was responsible for their offshore administration services and operations in the Cayman Islands.  Before joining DPM Mellon, he served as Manager, Assurance & Advisory Services with Deloitte specializing in hedge funds.  Mike earned a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Colorado, graduating magna cum laude and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
