| Myunghee Chung, CPA, has been with ALPS Price Meadows since 2000 and is the Audit and Tax Manager. She oversees the financial reporting for all client funds and assists our internal staff with qualitative issues. Additionally, Myunghee assists the development team by designing system upgrades. A former financial analyst in her native Korea, Myunghee evaluated commercial loans for National Australia Bank in Seoul. She acquired her CPA in 2000 before graduating with Honors from the Department of Economics at the University of Oregon. She also has an M.A. in Management Information Systems from Sogang University (1993) and a B.A. in Business Administration from Ewha Women's University (1991) in Seoul, Korea. Myunghee earned her M.A. in taxation from the University of Washington(2008). |

Angela Edwards has been with ALPS Price Meadows since 2001 and is the Internal Controls Manager. She assists fund administrators with all domestic and offshore fund partnership accounting issues. Angela oversees all liquidations, funds in transition, fund closures and develops solutions for issues regarding unusual fund structures, such as those related to complex fee structures, sidepockets, etc. Angela is a former divisional accountant for Chicago Title Insurance Company, where she oversaw all the branch accountants in her division. She earned her B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Seattle University in 1998. |

| Kavita Ganesan joined ALPS Price Meadows in 2008 as part of the audit & tax team. She helps in the preparation of footnotes and condensed schedules for annual audits plus oversees funds mid year audit packages. Kavita regularly interacts with fund auditors during the year-end and mid-year and audit cycle and also assists in other financial and accounting projects. She completed her CPA in Delaware and has audit experience, working with a Chartered Accountant in India. Kavita has a B.Com degree from Nagpur University in India. |
